SMITH, Zachary Christian Derek, Jr., age 4-1/2 months passed away on May 16, 2015. Zachary was born on December 22, 2014, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Zachary Christian Derek Smith, Sr, and Ashley Victoria Tozer. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Donna Michelle Smith. He is survived by his parents, Zachary Christian Derek Smith, Sr, and Ashley Victoria Tozer; sister, Mikenlei Marie Smith; four aunts and two uncles. Funeral service will be Thursday, May 21, 2015, at 4pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Cecil Boswell officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Springs Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, May 21, 2015, from 12noon until service hour of 4pm.
