William Alfred Moon, age 77, of Madison, Tennessee, passed away at his home on May 19, 2025. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on September 16, 1947, to the late Johnny Moon, Sr., and Radell (Meadows) Moon. He worked as a grease maker. William enjoyed doing mechanic work, especially with cars. He loved to watch Westerns. He is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Radell Moon; son, William Moon, Jr.; and brothers, Devernes Moon, Johnny Moon, and Paul Moon. William is survived by his wife, Gale (Eakes) Moon; daughters, Sharon Orum, Donna Cunningham, and Michelle Dowlen; sisters, Carlene Jones, Shirley Eakes, and Margret Fuston; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
