Walter Brent Murphy, age 57, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away in Nashville, Tennessee, on Saturday, April 8, 2023. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on April 15, 1965, to Jerry Murphy and Joyce Smith. Walter was a door and window installer. He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Murphy. Walter is survived by his wife, Lorina (Dodson) Murphy; mother, Joyce Smith; sons, B. J. Murphy (Ashley), Brett Murphy, and Brady Murphy; grandchildren, Nevaeh Murphy, Jaylei Murphy, Braylen Murphy, and Jazzlynn Murphy; and his favorite puppy, Star. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 2pm at Living Hope Fellowship Church in Joelton, Tennessee, with Pastor Scott Rush officiating.
