TONYA MICHELLE HORNER, age 50, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. Tonya was born July 13, 1967, in Nashville, Tennessee, to J.D. Solomon and Velma Luna. She attended Cohn High School in Nashville, Tennessee, and Career Medical College, achieving her LPN. Tonya is preceded in death by her father, J.D. Solomon. She is survived by her mother, Velma Luna; sons, Robert "Blake" (Brittany) Brackman and Cody Corbin; brothers, Jeffery (Monica) Solomon and Tommy (Debbie) Nicholson; 5 grandchildren, Kyra Brackman, Audriana Deal, Harper Brackman, Tinsley Brackman and Landon Brackman; and niece/nephew, Danielle and Dakota Solomon. Funeral service will be Thursday, July 20, 2017, at 2pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens in Nashville, Tennessee. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, July 19, 2017, from 3pm to 7pm and on Thursday, July 20th from 9am until service hour of 2pm.
