BARR, Timmy Franklin, age 56, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tn. Timmy was born on February 23, 1961, in Nashville, Tn, to Clarence Edward Barr and Juanita Mai Young Barr. He was a retired painter. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Linda Friauf. He is survived by his wife, Purney Cargile Barr; sons, Frankie Barr and Hank Barr; daughter, Lynn Hall; brothers, Danny, Dale and Ray Barr; sister, Sherri (Terry) Rogers; and 5 grandchildren. Funeral service will be Saturday, April 8, 2017, at 2pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother John Temple officiating. Burial will follow in Young's Family Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 8th from 10am until service hour of 2pm.
