Terry Wayne Hooper, age 64, passed away at his home on Friday, August 30, 2019. Terry Wayne was born in Dickson, Tennessee, on October 15, 1954, to the late Terry Dean and Phyllis Ann Gray Hooper. He worked as a meter reader for Piedmont. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Danny Hooper. He is survived by a son, Dan Hooper; the mother of his child, Wanda Hooper; and a brother, Jimmy (Melanie) Batey. Funeral service will be Wednesday, September 4, 2019, at 1pm in the chapel with Brother Mike Tucker officiating. Burial will follow in Hooper Cemetery in Charlotte, Tennessee. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 3, 2019, from 4pm to 8pm and on Wednesday, September 4th, from 10am until service hour of 1pm. Serving as pallbearers will be Larry Hooper, Dylan Jones, Brance Jenkins, Chris LouAllen, Dan Hooper, and Eddie Ray Gray. Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Mays, Delmore Gray, and Dale Hooper.
