Steven Curtis Polk, age 58, passed away on Monday morning, February 20, 2023. Steve was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on January 1, 1965, to the late Everette and Ruby (Cannon) Polk. He was a Union pipefitter and business owner for FMS Water Conservation. Steve was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Rachel Polk. He is survived by his wife of over 30 years, Theresa (Foster) Polk; children, Lyndsey Jackson (Freddie), Steven Curtis, Jr., Freddy Wayne Polk, Samantha Morgan Polk, and Andrew Cannon Polk; brother, Chris Polk and his son, Justice Polk; grandchildren, Dallas Davenport, Tara Davenport, Freddie Jackson, and Emory Jackson.
