Obituary

Sonny Dwayne Biggs, age 56, of Charlotte, Tennessee, passed away at his home on Monday, June 26, 2023. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on December 28, 1966, to Lawrence Biggs and Faye (Parker) Biggs. He worked for J. E. Dunn as a skilled trade carpenter. Dwayne was a hard worker and musician, playing lead guitar. He also loved talking on the CB radio. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Faye Biggs. He is survived by his fiancée, Connie Ware; sons, Johnny Ware, Tony Pentecost, Tommy Pentecost, and Travis Pentecost; daughters, Vicky Ware and Terri Pentecost; brothers, Frankie (Kim) Parker and Todd Biggs; sister, Belinda Kirk; grandchildren, Charlie "Boo Boo" Cox, Nathan Callis, Andrew Donald, Selena Lugo, Bryson Ware, Alicia Ramirez, Baby Johnny Ware, Jr., Karina Ramirez, Julian Ware, and Jaylin Ware; great grandchildren, Nathan Callis, Jr., Alyia Cox, Chayse "Booki" Callis, and Willow Lugo; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and grandchildren; and other extended family. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 7pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Johnny Jordan officiating.
