SISTER CLARA MARIE "RIEBABY" STERLING, age 68, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at her home. Marie was born April 24, 1948, in Clarksville, Tennessee, to Arthur Sonny Jackson and Annie Dorris Bell Bowers. She worked for Acme Boot Factory and later in Home Health Care, giving care to many who have preceded her. She is preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Ora and Martin Bell; and brother, Delmer Jackson. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Sterling; children: Terrence Adkisson, Metreual "Mimi" Adkisson Newsome (George), Sonya Sterling, Kenneth Sterling, Jr. (Keya), and Maurice Sterling; brothers, Jackie Collins, Dorris Collins, David Jackson, James Jackson and Tracy Jackson; sisters, Sharon Jackson, Kim Atkins, Oretha Jackson and Charma Jackson; 14 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson, Jeremiah. Funeral service will be Saturday, May 28, 2016, at 2pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion AME Church Cemetery in the Bellsburg Community.
