Sherry Dianne Biggs, age 70, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away at her home on Sunday, April 14, 2024. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on December 18, 1953, to the late William Robert Taylor, Sr., and Elsie Gladys (Waters) Taylor. She had worked at Cheatham County Nursing Home as a CNA and loved her residents. Sherry loved to talk about the Bible every chance that she got. She would light up the room when she spoke of the Bible. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Elsie Taylor; brothers, William "Bit" Robert Taylor, Jr., Jerry Taylor, Donald Taylor, Walter Taylor, Kenneth Lee Taylor, and Ricky Taylor; and sisters, Betty Jean Taylor and Melba Jean Taylor. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Glenn Biggs; daughters, Theresa Tisdale (John) and Kathy Clements (Danny); sisters, Linda Pinkerton (Howard) and Gloria Biggs; grandchildren, Daniel Clements (Lindsey), Kenneth Crowson (Crystal), Kayla Clements (James), Kimberly Crowson (Eric), Harley Tisdale, and Brandon Tisdale; great grandchildren, Scott Crowson (Briana), Sierra Riddell, Myah Clements, Jaxson Clements, Carlie Jones, and Chloe/Zoey Johnson; great grandchildren, Elijah Crowson and Theodora Crowson; dear friends, Shirley Givens and Sondra Fisher; and lots of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. The funeral service will be Friday, April 19, 2024, at 12noon in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Raymond Hudson officiating. The burial will follow at Blue Springs Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. Visitation will be Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 3pm to 7pm and Friday, April 19, 2024, from 9am until the service hour of 12noon. Serving as pallbearers will be Scott Crowson, James Clements, Eric Riddell, Brandon Tisdale, Harley Tisdale, and Andy Biggs.
