SHERLYN "KAY" GREER, age 68, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, October 6, 2016. She was born in Texas on April 18, 1948, to Roy Lee Biggerstaff and Faye Evans Biggerstaff. She was a retired store manager, working at Wendell Smith's Market and Rite Aid. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Lee and Faye Evans Biggerstaff and nephew, Lynn Hutcherson. She is survived by her husband of over 30 years, Richard "Dickie" Lee Greer, Sr.; sons, Richard Lee (Danya) Greer, Jr, Doug (Belinda) Greer, Kris (Mary Jo) Greer, and Jeff Elam; sisters, Donna (Bill) Bell, Lynda (Gene) Lockhart, and Cherell (Royce) Hutcherson; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
