Shelly Jensen-Hawks, age 55, of Holladay, Tennessee, passed away Friday, June 10, 2023. She was born in Dekalb, Illinois, on January 1, 1968, to Richard Jensen and Carrie Mae (Davidson) Jensen. Shelly served in the United States Army. She worked in patient accounts for Extend Healthcare, as well as previously for St. Thomas Hospital. Shelly loved gospel music and enjoyed attending cowboy church in Nashville. She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Carrie Mae Jensen; husband, Audie Hawks; brother, William "Billy" Jensen; and sister-in-law, Brenda Meeks. She is survived by her daughter, Carrie Jensen (Brian Coffee); sisters-in-law, Linda Dyer, Glenda Meeks, Zenda Meeks, Zandra Broadway, Donna Baskette, and Karen Smith and their families; brother-in-law, Julian Hawks and his family; and grandchildren, Audreya Coffee and Adaleya Coffee. Celebration of life will be Friday, June 16, 2023, at 5pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, June 16, 2023, from 3pm until the service hour of 5pm.
