DAVIS, Shelby Faye, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016. She was born December 31, 1937, in Macon County, Tennessee, to James Cordell Davis and Ada Belle Scruggs Davis. She worked and retired from WalMart. Ms. Davis is preceded in death by her parents, Cordell and Ada Belle Davis; sister, Oneta Langford; brothers, Ray Davis and Henry Davis. She is survived by her son, Tracey (Kathy) Davis; sister, Shirley (Johnny) Jones; brother, David Davis; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Friday, March 11, 2016, at 11am in the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home in Westmoreland, Tennessee, with Brother David Spears officiating. Burial will follow in Eulia Cemetery in Westmoreland, Tennessee. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 9, 2016, from 1pm to 9pm and on Friday, March 11th from 9am until 11am.
