Sara Ann Crockett, age 69, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at Centennial Medical Center in Ashland City, Tennessee. Sara was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on August 13, 1949, to the late Jay and Ruby Demoss Marlin. She worked as an administrative assistant and in retail at Dollar General Stores before retiring. Sara was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas Crockett; and brother, Bill Marlin. She is survived by her son: Doug (Ginger) Hall; daughter, Melissa (James) Hastings; sisters, Pat (John) Bass, Jean (Billy) Pike, and Sheryl (Tom) Gardner; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A memorial visitation for friends to call will be Monday, January 21, 2019, from 5pm to 7pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home.
