BUTTS, Sandra Elizabeth, age 47, passed away on March 26, 2013. She is preceded in death by her parents, Dempsey Adkins and Ida Cox Stults; and brothers, Gordon and Eddie Adkins. She is survived by her children, Pamela, David and Melissa Butts; brother, Steve (Rosa) Adkins; sisters, Linda Kiger and Wanda Thomas; grandchildren, Leighla and Lakin Jackson, August Marshall, Leah Ragan and Jared Butts. Sandra worked for WalMart as a support manager. A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 1, 2013, at 2pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Walsh officiating. Visitation with the family will be Monday, April 1, 2013, from 11am until service time of 2pm.
