PARDUE, Samuel "Pappy," age 83, of Charlotte, TN, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2012. Preceded in death by his parents, Otto Ivo and Leona Sessler Pardue and granddaughter, Jessica Pardue. Survived by his wife, Melba Cannon Pardue; sons, Billy Pardue and Byron Andrew (Sally) Pardue; brothers, Willie (Barbara) Pardue and Bennie (Wanda) Pardue; sister, Sue Fambrough; three grandchildren, Ryan, Kyle and Sophie Pardue and great-granddaughter, Rebecca Pierce. He was retired farmer. Funeral service will be Saturday at 2pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Reverend Don Winn officiating. Visitation with the family will be Friday from 1pm to 8pm and on Saturday from 10am until funeral hour of 2pm. Burial will be in the Mt. Liberty Cemetery in Dickson, TN.
