Samuel "JR" Frank Garrett, Jr., age 67, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at his home. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on March 11, 1957, to the late Samuel Frank Garrett, Sr., and Thelma Mae (Sloan) Garrett. He worked as a carpenter. JR is preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Thelma Garrett; son, Sammy Garrett; brother, Jessie Allen Garrett; and sister, Betty Sue Garrett. He is survived by his ex-wife, Rhonda Garrett; brother, Leonard Earls Garrett; sisters, Louise Brown and Peggy Coleman; grandchildren, Alicia Clark and Aliyah Garrett; and great grandchildren, Cayden, Brayden, Anslee, and Clark.
