Sammie Lois Worthington, age 78, passed away on Wednesday August 25,2021 at The Waters of Cheatham in Ashland City, Tennessee. Sammie was born in Hartsville, Tennessee to the late Robert and Lois Conatser. She is preceded in death by her parents, also her sons James "Peanut" Parks, and Robby Lumpkin and a sister Palma Conatser. She is survived by her brother Jack Conatser, sisters, LaVerne York, Deborah Curran, and Connie Morgan. 5 Grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was cremated and no formal services are planned at this time. Like to thank the staff at The Waters of Cheatham who loved and cared for Sammie and the staff said she will be remembered for the joy and life she brought to the Waters while she lived there.
