Robert Eugene Mangrum, Sr., age 73, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2026, at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born on October 2, 1953, in Nashville, Tennessee, to the late Burl Wesley Mangrum, Sr., and Mary Elizabeth (Mosley) Mangrum. He worked as a lead printing pressman. He loved to Country dance and taught line dancing in the 90's. Robert greatly enjoyed sitting on a riverbank waiting for the fish to bite. He is preceded in death by his parents, Burl and Mary Mangrum; brothers, Burl and Johnny Mangrum; sister, Patty Elliott; and best friend, Ronnie Ballew. Robert is survived by his sons, Robert Mangrum, Jr. (Corey), Tyler Mangrum, and Zachary Mangrum; daughters, Jessica Kuiper (Arin) and Maria Place (Brett); brother, Randy Mangrum; sister, Candace Kilpatrick; and grandchildren, Dallas Mantlo, Kenzie Bush (Caleb), Zane Mangrum, Zoey Mangrum, Harmoni Holtzlander, and Brantley Place.
