Richard "Southwind" Wayne Frazier, Sr., age 70, passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at Centennial Medical Center in Ashland City, Tennessee. Richard was born September 24, 1948, in Waynesboro, Tennessee, the youngest of fifteen children to the late George and Stella Irene Skelton Frazier. He was a self-employed truck driver. Richard was preceded in death by his parents and brothers and sisters. He is survived by his sons: Richard Wayne (Kimberly) Frazier, Jr. and Gary Donald Frazier; daughters, Tammy (Jesse) King, Dorisann (Bob) Allard, Shelly (Jonathan) Kummings, and Brandy (John) Boyce; 22 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Richard will be missed by all who knew him especially his many friends over the road. He was so excited about welcoming his 12th great-grandchild this summer from Josh (Marcie) Frazier.
