CROWE, Reverend Raymond Loyd, age 93, passed away on April 9, 2018, at TriStar of Ashland City. He was born on February 25, 1925, in Hohenwald, Tennessee, to the late Horace and Annie Lee Harrison Crowe. Raymond was a United States Army Veteran serving in WWII. He worked and retired as a welder and a prison guard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Annie Lee Crowe; wife of 67 years, Charlotte Crowe; brothers, Ferrell Crowe and Bill Crowe; sister, Iva Mae Crowe; and grandson, Jeff Halfacre. He is survived by his daughters, Carolyn Halfacre and Maxine Cason (Billy); grandchildren: Raymond and Dewayne Halfacre (Stacy), Richie Frazier (Kim), Tammy King (Jesse), Jeff Cason (Nikky), Jenny Allen (Justin); and great-grandchildren, Josh Frazier, Britney, Corey, and Jeffrey Halfacre, Jeffery Bishop, JJ King, Gregory Taylor, Starr King, Jake King, Gabby Cason, Nathan Allen, and Kailey Taylor. Funeral service will be Friday, April 13, 2018, at 1pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Billy Cason officiating. Burial will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens in Nashville, Tennessee. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, April 11th from 2pm to 7pm, Thursday, April 12th from 12pm to 7pm and on Friday, April 13th from 11am until service hour of 1pm. Serving as pallbearers will be Jesse King, Sr, Raymond Halfacre, Corey Halfacre, Gregory Taylor, Brian Lovelace, and Billy Cason.
