Perry Eugene Shadowens, age 56, passed away at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, on Friday, December 11, 2020. Perry was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on July 24, 1964, to the late James and Patricia Hood Shadowens. He was a retired block layer in the construction industry. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Lisa Matthews. He is survived by his wife, Leah Deaton Shadowens; sons, Dustin (Jacquelyn) Shadowens, Gunner Shadowens and Levi Shadowens; sister, Christina (Scott) Schroer; and grandchildren, Wyatt and Kathleen Shadowens.
