Penelope "Penny" Lynn Shearon, age 53, passed away at her home on Sunday, April 10, 2022. Penny was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on April 8, 1969, to Neal Franklin Harding, Jr., and Judy (Gibbs) Harding. She was a graduate of Cheatham County High School, Class of 1987, and attended college. Penny worked at Lowes and was an expert with the hardware department. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Penny is survived by her parents, Neal and Judy (Gibbs) Harding; sons, Josh Rayburn and Jonathon Rayburn; daughter, Summer Trotter (Jacob); sisters, Jennifer Harding and Alicia Phoenix (Chance); and grandchildren, Aiden and Ava Rayburn and Jay Jay Trotter. A memorial service will be Wednesday, April 13th, at 6:30pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday before the service from 3pm to 6:30pm.
