HARRIS, Pauline Shearon, age 97, passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2016. She was born in Montgomery County, Tennessee, on August 4, 1918, to Lelard and Alice Hyde Shearon. She was a homemaker, wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lelard and Alice Shearon; husband of 70 years, Garth Harris; brother, JB Shearon; sisters, Mildred Rust and Hazel Perry; and grandson, Jeffrey Garth Mason. She is survived by her daughters, Janie Thompson (John) and Donna Mason (Gary); sister, Velma Moseley; 5 grandchildren, Terry Warren, Karen Woods, Kim Hopper, and Cherie Kennedy (Joey); and 7 great-grandchildren, Krissy and Dustin Mallory, Morgan and Chandler Kennedy, and Grace, Ben and Emma Mason. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 23, 2016, in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Terry Forrest and Brother Barry Raper officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with family serving as pallbearers.
