PATRICIA ANN SMITH, age 78, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017, at TriStar Skyline Medical Center.
Pat was born in Detroit, Michigan, on March 11, 1939, to the late Norman Stadler and Leona Wesley Stadler Hayes. She was a retired waitress, formerly working at Bill's Catfish in Ashland City, and was an avid snipe hunter.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Margaret Stadler; children, Danny Smith and Laura Smith; and her sister, Ernestine Barfell. She is survived by her son, Gary (Sharon) Smith; siblings, Norman Stadler, Jr, Lee Brown, Norma Earley, Glenna Tomalak, and Rick Stadler; grandchildren, Carrie Smith (John Cardon) and Nikki and Chris Beard; great-grandchildren, Georgia Richardson, Jadelyn Bowers, Madison and Charles Cardon; father of her children, Wayne Smith; and in-laws, Patsy (Steve) Smiley and Glenda (H.F.) Batts. A graveside service for Pat will be Thursday, August 3, 2017, at 10:30am in Felts Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. A Celebration of Life to follow at the home of Glenda and H.F. Batts.
