Patricia "Pat" Ann Kern, age 69, passed away on Friday, August 17, 2018, at The Waters of Cheatham in Ashland City, Tennessee. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on December 28, 1948, to the late E.C. Pomeroy and Jessie Sprinkles Pomeroy. Pat retired from Acme Boot Factory but will be most notably missed from her over thirty years of waitressing at Cracker Barrel on Charlotte Pike. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Thomas "Coach" E. "Tommy" Pomeroy and Daniel Wayne Pomeroy. Pat is survived by her son, Jackie Leon (Jamie Thompson) Kern, Jr.; grandchildren, Stephanie Kern, Timmy Kern and Ciara Thompson; and brothers, James, Charles, Billy, Kenneth and Sammy Pomeroy. Funeral service for Pat will be Monday, August 20, 2018, at 6pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Moore officiating.
