Pamela F. Martin, age 71, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away on January 18, 2025, at Tri-Star Centennial Hospital, Ashland City. Pamela was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on March 3, 1953, to the late Elbert Raymond Fortner and Nellie Joyce Griffin Fortner. She was a member of Westwood Baptist Church and a homemaker and housewife to her husband and family. Her life was grandkids and camping. She is preceded in death by her parents Elbert Raymond Fortner and Nellie Joyce Griffin Fortner and sister, Betty Tyree. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Martin; children, Robert Martin, Jamie and Kevin Martin; grandchildren, Shelby Martin, Alexis Thornton, Ashley Martin, Jacob Martin, Eva Martin; and great grandchildren, Elijah Martin, and Jonah Martin; brothers, Raymond Talmage Fortner (Sharon) and Elbert Steven Fortner. Funeral service for Pamela will be Friday, January 24, 2025, at 10:30 am in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Dr. Robert Hammer officiating. Burial will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens in Nashville, Tennessee. Visitation will be Thursday, January 23 from 3 pm until 7 pm and on Friday before the service from 9:00 am until service hour of 10:30 am.
