OTHO "SMITTY" SMITH, age 86, passed away on September 11, 2017, at Hillcrest HealthCare Center in Ashland City, TN. He was born on December 25, 1930, in Stewart County, TN, to the late Arthur and Lillie Glasgow Smith. He worked as a tv repairman and loved his music and checker playing early on in life and moved onto collecting antiques as the years went by. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Pauline, Ella, Opal and Dorothy Mae; brothers, John L. and James Smith and Foster Brother, Arthur Cherry. He is survived by his children: Patricia (Gaylon) Harris, Susan Taylor, Loretta Davy, David Smith, Linda (Stan Entrekin) Smith, Cherry Smith and Marty (Jarrieece) Smith; honorable mention grandson, Perrin Smith; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held in Glasgow Cemetery in Dover, TN, on Thursday, September 14th at 12noon.
