SHEARON, Morris Bidwell "M.B.", AGE 81, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Newton Wilson Shearon and Bessie Mayo Shearon; wife, Shirley Shearon; brother and sister-in-law, Millard and Fay Shearon; and sister, Maxine Gupton. He is survived by his sons, Brian (Toni McCoy) Shearon and Doug Shearon; brother, R.J. Shearon and one grandchild and the mother of his children, Billie Jordan Shearon. M.B. worked for 37 years at CEMC, was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a member of the American Legion, and a Master Degree Mason. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 7, 2013, at 2pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery in Ashland City, TN, with military honors. Visitation with the family will be Friday, July 5, 2013, from 4pm to 7pm, Saturday, July 6th from 2pm to 8pm and on Sunday, July 7th, from 12noon until service hour of 2pm. A Masonic Service will be held on Saturday at 7pm at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be David Bibee, Dave Clark, Dave Mixon, Lannie Morrison, Wayne Reeves and Gary Binkley. Honorary pallbearers are the past and present employees of CEMC. In lieu of flowers, donations in M.B.'s memory may be made to Bikers Who Care, 201 Providence Boulevard, Clarksville, TN 37042.
