Obituary

FARMER, Mildred "Sue", age 80, passed away on November 14, 2013, at Vanco Manor in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Giles Swafford and Pearline Warren Swafford; husband, Andrew "Wiley" Farmer; grandson, Jason Duke; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son, Pecos Farmer; daughter, Judy (Gary) Duke; brother, James (Jane) Swafford; sister, Bessie Sneed; grandchildren, Angela Carey (Tony) Stewart, Stacey (David) Roach; great-grandchildren, Josh, Matt, and Adam Carey, Daniel and Parker Roach; great-great-grandchildren, Kayleigh, J.J. and Mackenzie Carey. Sue was a production assembly line worker and a homemaker. "Mimi", as her family called her, will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be Sunday, November 17, 2013, at 2pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Swafford Family Cemetery in Charlotte, TN, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
