HENLEY, Melvin Eugene, age 84, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, in Clarksville, Tennessee. He was born April 30, 1932, in Robertson County, Tennessee, to Joseph Samuel Henley and Cloie Dishman Henley. He worked as a sheet metal fabricator for commercial heating and air. Melvin was a United States Army Veteran. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Samuel and Cloie Henley; wife, Katherine Marie Stewart; daughters, Pamela Orange and Deborah Sewell and brother, Bobby Henley. He is survived by his daughter, Evelyn Lovell (Ron); grandchildren, Christie (William) Busby, Mistie Orange, Christopher Orange, Lanae (Landon) Jones, and Amy Lovell; son-in-law, Michael Orange; great-grandchildren, Katelyn, Aubrie, Abbie, and Kenzie Busby, Gabrielle Jones, Alexis and Trenton Ross, Timothy, Lynsey and Arlie Lovell. Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 29, 2016, at 11am in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Cecil Boswell officiating. Burial will follow in Bearwallow Community Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee.
