Mary Ruth Zegilla, 80, of Pleasant View, Tennessee, passed from this life on Tuesday night, May 27, 2025, in Clarksville, Tennessee.
She was born on December 16, 1944, in Knoxville, Tennessee, to the late John Edward Davis and Grace Ruth (Rogers) Davis. Mary was a retired RN and always enjoyed caring for others. She was an avid quilter and loved to travel. She is preceded in death by her husband, Francis Leonard Zegilla, Sr.; brother, John Edward Davis, Jr.; sister, Brenda Presson; and grandson, Mike Zegilla.
She leaves behind her loving sons, Adam Zegilla, Michael Zegilla (Tracy), Frank "Butch" Zegilla, Jr., and Mark Zegilla (Brenda); daughters, Rosemary Harmon and Julie Hale (Daniel); brother, Edward Russell "Rusty" Ventress, Jr. (Tanya); sister, Marie Cochran; 14 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
