Mary Dimple Jarrell, age 81, passed away at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, Tennessee on Friday, July 12, 2024. Mary was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on April 18, 1943, to the late Bernard Wilson Jarrell, Sr. and Edna Ragan Jarrell. Mary worked for A.O. Smith and retired after 30 years in 2009. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Thomas and Mary (Baker) Ragan; son, Steve A. Proctor; brother, Roger Dale Jarrell; niece, Dimple Brooks; and nephews, Howard "Bubba" Lewis, Hubert "Buckshot" Lewis. She is survived by her brother, Pete Jarrell (Blanche); sister, Edna Lewis; nieces, Gail (Jimmy) Knight, Louise (Mike) Towne, Donna (Mark) Rigsby, Wanda (Chuck) Ferrell, Vicky Biggs, and Niva Lewis; and nephews, Freddie Brooks and many other nieces and nephews.
