SMITH, Martha "Lynn" Melton, age 62, passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2016, at her home. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on November 4, 1953, to Leonard and Martha Tutwiler Melton. She worked as a realtor. Lynn was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Martha Melton and brother Charles "Charlie" Melton. She is survived by her husband, Ernie Smith, Jr.; son, Dalton Smith; and brother, Johnny (Paula) Melton. Funeral service will be Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at 1pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Sam Creed officiating. Burial will follow in EverRest of Cheatham, LLC, in Pleasant View, Tennessee.
