MARTHA BLAYLOCK GARRETT, age 84, passed away at her home on Monday, February 12, 2018. Martha was born in Dickson County, Tennessee, to the late Edgar Blaylock and Minnie Richardson Blaylock. She was a homemaker, wife and mother. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Minnie Blaylock; husband, Paul Garrett; son, Ricky Garrett; brothers, Thomas, William, Paul and Verlie; and sisters, Mary Ella, Odell, and Mai. She is survived by her sons: Eddie Garrett, Andy (Terri) Garrett, Dennis (Lisa) Garrett, and Marty Garrett; daughter, Paula Hays; brother, Lemuel (Nell) Blaylock; 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
