MICKLE, Marguerite Knox, age 89, passed away on June 23, 2012. She is preceded in death by her parents, George T and Lela Powell Knox and her husband, M.C. Mickle. She is survived by her son, Larry Randall (Helen) Mickle; daughters, Reba (John) Wittenmeier and Alice Mickle Hambrick; grandchildren, Lori Zapf; Kimberly (Josh) Wynne and Jennifer (Brad) Brown; and one great-grandchild, Braeden Wynne. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11am in the Scottsboro United Methodist Church with Reverend Joy Edwards and Doctor Kay Gray officiating. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, June 26, 2012, from 4pm to 8pm at the funeral home. The body will lie in state on Wednesday at the Church from 10am until funeral hour of 11am. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Nashville, TN. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Scottsboro United Methodist Church.
