Margaret June Sheppard, age 90, was born April 7, 1930 in Council Bluffs, Iowa and departed this earthly home on October 4, 2020 in Ashland City, TN. For many years she loved to crochet and enjoyed giving her colorful afghans to her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Jay, and son Dennis. She leaves behind 3 sons, David of Ft. Gibson, OK, Tim (Lanie) of Edmond, OK, and Charles of Shawnee, OK. and daughters, Tina of Asher, OK, and Sandura (Daryell) of Ashland City, TN and a multitude of grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of friends. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 1:00pm with burial to follow at Bethlehem Cemetery in Ashland City, TN. Visitation will be on October 8, 2020 from 10am until service hour of 1:00 pm. The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Adoration Hospice or a charity of choice.
