HUNT, Larry Dale, age 69, passed away on November 4, 2015, at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born August 16, 1946, in Neptune, Tennessee, to Robert Vernon Hunt and Marian Fizer. He was a Veteran of the United States Marines, serving during the Vietnam Conflict. He worked as a Metro Police Officer, retiring after over 20 years of service. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Jane Johnson Hunt; sons: Larry J. Hunt (Carol), Robert D. Hunt, and Forrest L. Hunt (Emily); daughter, Samantha G. Hunt; sister, Bonnie Feltman; and grandchildren, Sarah Taylor Hunt, Ryan W. Hunt, and Noah H. Hunt. Funeral service will be Friday, November 6, 2015, at 11am in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in EverRest of Cheatham, LLC, in Pleasant View, Tennessee. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 5, 2015, from 2pm to 7pm and on Friday from 9am until service hour of 11am.
