Larry Dale Hensley, age 80, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away at the Residence at Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee, on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. He was born in Iron City, Tennessee, on April 3, 1943, to the late Richard Hensley and Eloise (Bromley) Hensley. He worked as a computer technician for Genesco for 15 years and the State of Tennessee for 30 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Eloise Hensley; brother, Quince Hensley; and sister, Josie Phillips. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Rachael (Major) Hensley; and sister, Imogene Marshall (Jim). Funeral service will be Friday, August 25, 2023, at 12noon in the chapel with Pastor Chris Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. Visitation will be Friday before the service from 10am until service hour of 12noon.
