LaDonna Debra (Lampley) Pedigo, age 63, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021, at Centennial Medical Center, Nashville, Tennessee. LaDonna was born on June 17, 1958, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Hulon Jack Lampley and Maggie Gibbs Lampley. She was a graduate of CCCHS, Class of 1976, and attended Nashville State where she received an Associate Degree. LaDonna worked in information systems in the banking industry. She is preceded in death by her father and brother Daryn "Speedy" Lampley. LaDonna is survived by her husband, John Eric Pedigo; mother, Maggie Gibbs Lampley; daughter, Sara (J.R. Edens) Thompson; brother Tony Lampley; sister, Deeann (Jim) Richardson; grandchildren, Genevieve Pedigo, Arthur Hamilton, and Kennedy Edens. Funeral service will be Sunday, July,18 2021, at 3pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Moore officiating. Visitation will be Sunday before the service from 12 noon to the service hour of 3pm. Following the service, LaDonna chose to be cremated.
