Kennie Wade Clement born May 22, 1954, went home to be with his Lord, October 3, 2022. He was preceded in death by his father Philip Clement (Pap), his father Edward Mays and mother, Nell Mays. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Evelyn Clement, his daughter Deonna Louallen (Ernie Louallen), his son Daniel Clement (Donna Stewart-Clement), his four grandsons: Landyn Clement, Preston Louallen, Camdon Louallen & Trey Sandlin (who called him Pappy), and a sister Jenny Martin. He was like a brother to Bettysue Wright (John Wright) and also Pappy for Ashley Poss (Jeff Poss). After graduating high school, Kennie went on to EMT school. He also worked at AO Smith for over 43 years. He was a wonderful man who loved his God and family more than anything! He will be missed by many! Funeral service will be Friday, October 7, 2022, at 1pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Ray Buttrey officiating. Burial will follow at EverRest of Cheatham in Pleasant View, Tennessee. Visitation will be Thursday, October 6, 2022, from 10am to 7pm and Friday, October 7, 2022, from 9am until the hour of service.
