EZZELL, Kenneth "Buddy", age 79, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2013, at his home. He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Aldo Ezzell and Ouida Pearl Parrish Ezzell; and his son, Danny Ray Ezzell. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Nella Jean Caldwell Ezzell; sons, Kenneth Wade Ezzell and Floyd Brent (Laura) Ezzell; brothers, Obey Preston (Mary) Ezzell and Charles Dexter (Shirley) Ezzell; sisters, Ouida Pearl (Cleston) Bolton, Geneva (Carlton) Thomas, Lottie Ruth (Norman) Thorn; grandchildren, Christina Ezzell, Kenneth R.J. Ezzell, Shelby Ezzell, Cole Ezzell, Asher Ezzell, Brandy Willis, Wendy Craven, John Pugh, Kimber Miller; great-grandchildren, Emileigh Strange, Nathan Strange, Riley Kesslar and Wyatt Kesslar. Buddy was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict, and a trailer mechanic for Dorsey Trailers. Funeral service will be Monday, October 7, 2013, at 3pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, October 6, 2013, from 2pm to 7pm and on Monday from 12noon until service time of 3pm.
