Kenneth Ray Dickens, age 86, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away at Brookdale Senior Living in Clarksville, Tennessee, on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. He was born in Ridgetop, Tennessee, on June 27, 1936, to Herman Dickens, Sr., and Annie Ruth (Eidson) Dickens. He was a retired machinist for Peterbilt. Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Annie Ruth Dickens; wife, Barbara Faye Dickens; brother, Herman Dickens, Jr.; and sister, Anna Faye Dickens. He is survived by his sons, Dennis Ray Dickens (Donna), Mark Duane Dickens (Joanna), and Douglas Edmund Dickens; daughter, Anna Faye Dickens Nelson (Myles); brother, Donald Gene Dickens; grandchildren, Eryn Nelson, Emmy Nelson, Chris Dickens, and Courtney Dickens Nolen; and three great grandchildren. Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 4pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 26, 2023, from 1pm until the hour of service at 4pm.
