Katie Marie Bestler, age 35, of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, passed away in Hermitage, Tennessee, on Monday, April 10, 2023. She was born in Norfolk, Virginia, on November 10, 1987, to Kenneth Scott Myers and Rebecca Louise Lenox. She worked as a teacher's aide to disabled children. Katie is survived by her parents, Kenneth Myers (Lara) and Rebecca Lenox (Greg); son, Aiden Jones; daughter, Karle Smith; brothers, Erik Myers (Megan) of LaVergne, Tennessee, Scott Myers (Jeff) of McGavock, Tennessee, Bobby Bestler of New York, Stephen Bestler of New York, and Greg Bestler of New York; sisters, Ashley Gary (James) of Clarksville, Tennessee, Kelly Goodwin of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, Cheryl Murphy of New York, and Alyssa Bestler of New York; and extended family. A celebration of life will be Sunday, April 30, 2023, from 2pm-5pm at the Livery Stables in Pleasant View, Tennessee.
