Julia Ann (Duke) Morris, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. She was born March 30, 1947, in Gainesboro, Tennessee. She was a member of Bethel Free Will Baptist Church. She worked in accounts payable for the Cheatham County Board of Education. Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Clifton and Lillie Sircy Duke; sisters, Lavernia Mai Wilson, and Nina Pearl Dunn. Judy is survived by her loving husband, Michael Morris; daughter, Michelle (Scotty) Mitchell; brothers, Lloyd (Sara) Duke and Floyd Ray Duke; sisters, Wanda Smith and Brenda Sue Migliore; and grandchildren, Caden, Sydnee and Lilly Cate Mitchell. Funeral service will be Saturday, October 1, 2022, at 1pm in the chapel with Brother Terry Forrest and Brother Barry Raper officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
