Julia (White) Bowman, age 72, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away at her home on Friday, March 21, 2025. She was born in Ashland City, Tennessee, on May 3, 1952, to the late Dewey White and Roxie (Dismang) White. She worked at Werthen Bags Packaging Company. Julia is preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Roxie White; husband, Clifford Bowman; son, John Wayne Pursley; daughter, Donna Lenning; and her siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Pursley; daughter and caregiver, Tonya George (Jeff); sister, Betty Poteet; and grandchildren, Jonathan Whitworth, David Whitworth, and Julia Rayfield (Michael). Funeral service will be Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 1pm in the Chapel with Derek Wright officiating. Burial will follow in EverRest of Cheatham in Pleasant View, Tennessee. Visitation will be the same day from 10am until the service hour of 1pm.
