Joyce Modean Randolph, age 83, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away at Hillcrest Healthcare Center in Ashland City, Tennessee, on Friday, December 22, 2023. She was born on December 20, 1940, in Nashville, Tennessee, to the late Millard Estes and Bessie (Smith) Estes. Joyce was a charter member of Scottsboro First Baptist Church. She worked as a supplies manager for the Tennessee Prison for Women and was an avid Volunteers and Titans fan, loved dolphins and collected dolphin figurines. She had been an avid bowler and loved to go deep sea fishing. She was a 1958 graduate of Cumberland High School. She is preceded in death by her parents, Millard and Bessie Estes; husband, Jimmie Randolph; brothers, Herbert and Hubert Estes; sister, Charlene (Estes) Williams; and niece, Rhonda Williams. She is survived by her nephews, Ken Williams (Janet), Jamey Williams, and Jerry Williams and nieces, Cathy(Jason), Karen(Jay), and Lawanna and dozens of cousins, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews, as well as two foster brothers Stevie (Sandi) and Randall. A memorial service will be Saturday, February 3, 2024, at 11am at Scottsboro First Baptist Church 5253 Old Hickory Blvd Nashville, TN 37218.
