OLIVER, Johnny W. "Big O", age 68, passed away at his home on November 26, 2015. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on January 1, 1947, to Johnie Lee Oliver and Myrtle Raymer Oliver. He was a graduate of Ashland City High School Class of 1965. He worked as an electrician, retiring from Sullivan Electric. He loved his Alabama Crimson Tide. He was preceded in death by his father, Johnie Lee Oliver and brother, Gary Lee Oliver. He is survived by his mother, Myrtle Raymer Oliver; son, Gary Oliver; daughter, Terri (Kenny) Smith; brother, Darnell (Susan) Oliver; and grandchildren, Kayla Smith and Samuel Warren. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 28, 2015, at 5pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Kenny Hix and Brother Ron Anderson officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 27, 2015, from 4pm to 7pm and on Saturday from 3pm until service hour of 5pm. Honorary pallbearers are James Dermandy, Brian Oliver, Butch Tittsworth, Jimmy O'Neal, Chris O'Neal, Barry Kirby, Billy Sanders, Bobby Robinson, Jay Thornton, Wayne Dowlen, Bill Johnson, and Garry Vaughan.
