NETTLES, John Daniel, Sr., age 70, passed away on September 27, 2013, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bo Nettles and Sally Luster Nettles. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Hatfield Nettles; sons, John Daniel (Terri) Nettles, Jr., and Thomas Derrick Nettles; sister, Jane Turner; 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was the owner and operator of Nettles Welding Service. Funeral service will be Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at 2pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Kenneth Hobbs officiating. Burial will follow in Joelton Hills Memory Gardens in Joelton, TN. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 4pm to 7pm, Monday from 2pm to 7pm and on Tuesday from 10am until service hour of 2pm.
