John Dudley Lovell, III, age 44, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away at his residence on Friday, March 31, 2023. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee, to John Dudley Lovell, Jr., and Connie Reeder. He was a talented carpenter. John was an avid fisherman. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Dudley Lovell, Jr., and Connie (Reeder) Hulsey; and brother, Bronson Hunter. He is survived by his son, J.D. Lovell, IV, (Samantha); daughter, Tatum Lovell; sister, Jackie Lovell; and granddaughter, Isla Lovell. Funeral service will be Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 3pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in EverRest of Cheatham LLC in Pleasant View, Tennessee.
